I need a 7 day diet! Anything!!!?
I’ve always been really fit and active…until this summer. My best friend moved back to town so we got an apartment together and spent every day with each other. She’s never cared to much about health so when she went grocery shopping, it was always junk food.
Anyways I’m not blaming my weight gain on her. I chose to sit on my butt and eat Oreo’s. But, now summer’s ending and I’m a teacher…a brand new teacher at a brand new school and I don’t want my first impression to be ‘a fat slob".
I don’t care if it’s not healthy: are there any quick Diet’s that will slim me down (or at least get rid of water weight) in about a week or so? Thanks so much!
ok, here are a few things ive tried and helped fast!!
1)
there is a seven day weight loss kit at GNC.. its costly (50 bucks).. but i lost 6 lbs. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CHEAT!! and i added a few extra work outs.there is also a pre-cleanse drink with the kit, made my stomach feel smaller!!!
2)
Go low carb. eat salad, diet drinks, water, water, water, stay away from all carbs if possible. i know when i was on it i ate plenty of chicken, slim jims, Jello (it was my life saver) and salad. I lost 8 lbs in one week, and all i did was walk for 30 minutes a day. I only allowed myself 20g of carbs a day.

Change all your drinks to green tea! i had a friend that lost 10 lbs in 1 week from just doing that, and talk to your friend and tell her you feel like your getting fat from all the foods, possibly try to convince her that she would want to lose weight, to get a hot body, dont tell your friend their fat lol.
wen you go grocery shopping buy only low fat/ low cal versions of things. you should buy the book "eat this not that" i found it incredibly helpful. run or walk 30-45 minutes a day for a week or 2. i prefer to walk and since monday i went from weighing 119 to 115.6 pounds walking for 45 minutes and i honestly dont have that much fat on me.

A dieticians worst nightmare but it worked for me. I needed to loose weight fast and decided the only way was to stop eating. I was determined! But I lost 10kilograms (22lb) in one month. Every time I felt light headed or faint I stood in front of the fridge and ate anything that contained zero calories and zero fat and I mean ZERO nutrition as well of course.I never sat down with a plate of food either. But you asked so here it is. Drink water if you have to I personally hate water and can go weeks with out a single sip. Tomatoes - for the antioxidants, ham - for taste and protein, avocado - for oil. That’’s it! and I only ate it when i was, as I said feeling faint or on the brink of passing out. I can also tell you i have kept most of it off in the last year too.
