Should I spread out the calories evenly on a 7 meals a day diet or vary them?

Im doing 7 small meals a day where I try to consume around 2000 calories a day which makes each meal a little over 300 calories per meal. Should I be doing 3 or 4 larger meals and 3 or 4 small snacks like maybe 400 calorie meals and 200 calorie snacks?

Its kinda up to you. It depends on if you can control your appetite. I myself do better with 3 larger meals, 400-500 cals then smaller snacks in between. I love to eat, and i like to get that full feeling at least 3 times a day, and sacrifice more when i snack. If having all the meals the same can fill you up and not make you crave junk food then go for it. You can also switch it from day to day if you choose. Just try not to go all day without alot of calories and then have a whole bunch late in the day.

    You don’t have to spread it evenly - just aim for at least 150 calories per meal, and make sure you get good protein in each meal (at least 10 grams if possible).

    You can lose weight if you tried correct method. I tried many method, but could not lose weight. I found the best method that works just amazing for anyone.
