Unfortunately, there is no magic formula when it comes to quick and easy weight loss. The problem is with quick-fix diets, is that they don’t help you make the changes that you can maintain in the long term. So as soon as you go back to your normal eating habits and activity levels. All the weight goes back on again. It is as simple as that.

Think about changing your lifestyle. Which should include eating a healthy balanced, low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Along with with some form of regular exercise. The two work perfectly together.

All those TV gimmicks are well…gimmicks.

Drink a lot of water, exercise, cut down on carbs, bad fats and sugars - that’s the "secret"
