help please(about wieght?
hi every body i am really worried about my mom she is over weight very over weight she likes to eat she wants to get on a diet but she is alwaysworking andtaking care of my baby brother.

well shes so overwieght that she stoped growing im taller then her and im only 14 years old she in her 30s or 40s ……my dad was fat but he got on a diet program but shes not up to it……i dont know what to do ….

being fat doesn’t stop you from growing, she stopped growing quite a while back.
get rid of most of the junk food in the house and get her hooked on some healthy snack. Acai berry isn’t proven to work, just clean out your system.

you’re a very good person, but she should be the one to act on it meaning you shouldn’t have to feel responsible, she is an adult. i am glad you’re trying to help, you’re a great kid. i suggest she talks to a doc, it’s the best way.
