What is a good healthy diet that I can fallow by?
Im 15 and a female and I was wondering if anyone knew of a healthy Diet I could go by. Im trying to be more healthy because I am always constipated or I just hardly go everyday. I was wondering if someone could give me some sort of diet plan or a website that would help me have a healthy balanced diet throughout the day. Its not that I drink soda all the time and eat candy I just cant seem to have a balanced nutrition and am always missing half of the food group or am overdosing on just one group.

You sound like you need more fibre, and like, fruits/vegetables. You know what you are(n’t) eating, so just change it.
