what’s a healthy and balanced diet for a 14 yr old girl?
i’m 13 yrs old and willl be fourteen in a couple of months. i way nearly 80kg and am size 16/L - XL in most clothes. i really want to lose some weight and i know that i need to eat a balanced diet and walk for 30 minutes every day but i just cant find the time or motivation. i really need to get into shape and i really need help.

It’s quite simple really, just avoid these: all dairy, the protein gluten (which is found in rye, wheat, and barley, all flour), and cut sugar (all forms, whether it be in soda, or fruit juice, or disguised by different names like dextrose or sucrose and so on. Also includes limiting high starch items or things that quickly convert to sugar; these are potatoes, corn, carrots, alcohol, etc.).
Basically by avoiding all this you almost can’t eat anything packaged (you’d be surprised how much of all of these is in foods now). The idea is to stick to as close to a vegan diet as possible but not strictly. And definitely avoid those foods high on the hypoglycemic level. I’ve lost 5 belt notches in six weeks and it’s beautiful . . . I’m not hungry and I have more energy.

exercise and exercise is the way to loose weight………………cut all the callery..have protein rich diet…….
1….wake up at 6.00 ‘o’ clock……….go for jogging……
2….do some brisk walking…..fast walking………
3….have minimum milk product in your diet……..
so my dear get off the couch………and do some physical activities
you r so young…………….go for games..for example…..basket ball, tennis,
and
last but not the least…motivation,,,,,,,,,you know what…..i know some peoples teased you becouse of weight……..laugh behind you……this is the motivation………….give it to back them……….loose weight .and show them how beutiful u r……………..

I did many different way to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I found this amazing way. It works amazing and I lost my weight fast after I found correct way.
