What is the easiest way to eat healthy?
I normally don’t eat junk food, so my Diet isn’t really unhealthy. But when I want to switch to a healthy diet so that I can benefit by having nicer hair and skin and whatnot, I am mindboggled at how hard it is. I mean, it’s pretty hard to monitor how many servings of each part of the food pyramid I eat per day and make sure I’m getting the right amount of every vitamin. I want to make sure I’m eating as healthy as possible, but is there a simpler solution? Just wondering. Thanks for input! =)
