What are the best diet pills for energy and appetite suppression?
I am about 25 heavier than I used to be and I ‘m in a hurry to lose those lbs. before the summer. I NEED more energy throughout the day. I take some medications for anxiety/depression which make me tired and crave carbohydrates.
Thenoseknows is right.
But only if you are not manic depressive or have psychotic episodes that accompany it. Might be best to do a liver cleanse and a colon cleanse about every 4 to 6 months just to keep the build up of toxins out of your system and maybe try to cycle your meds - if possible - like 45 days on 5 to 10 days off, change doses, ect ect.
Now, I found this stuff from a friend of mine. It’s called XIMO. I like the energy and it has nothing synthetic. You can take it in it’s juice form or capsule or both. Pretty potent stuff so make sure you take the least amount. Check with your doctor and make sure there isn’t anything that would mess with your meds.

Also, take a few brisk walks through out the day (weather permitting) for about 15 minutes. It helps clear your head, get your blood moving, helps you get some more oxygen moving around, and does make you feel a little better and helps clear your mind and to relax. Take time out in nature if you can. Away from all the electronic disturbances and modern day noise. Reconnect to the world.
Hope this helped you.

Your medication is probably screwing up your metabolism — weight gain is a common side effect. Stop eating sugar and products that contain wheat. These cause carb cravings. They also cause obesity. Eat lots of fresh food — lean meat, vegetables, fruit. Read labels, but generally avoid fast, frozen and processed foods. Go for three 20 minute walks a day (actually better than one 60 minute walk and easier).
See a homoepathic doctor who can determine what is causing your depression and cure the cause. Prescription anti-depressants mess up your liver, which is responsible for fat metabolism.

The best medication for that would be an amphetamine like adderall. You need to get a psychiatrist to prescribe that. It will keep you wide awake as well as kill your appetite. If a psychiatrist won’t prescribe you on that for appetite suppression, just say you have a very hard time concentrating, and you’ll get on something like ritalin, dexedrine, vyvanse or something that will work great. If you still can’t get it, find a friend who’s prescribed on it and buy it off them. There’s tons of people on amphetamines. If you still can’t get it, just go down to your local ghetto and pick up some good old fashioned methamphetamine. Works like a charm and will also help with your depression. Except of course, when you’re sober. I would stick to the pills if possible.
