What is the best diet plan and exercises to get toned in 3 months?

I am going away in 3 months and would like to toned up a bit.

What are the best exercises for these:
-Bigger biceps
-Toned stomach
-Pectorals

Also, what Diet plan should i follow?

There is an excellent fitness program called p90x. You basically burn fat and build lean muscle while following an exercise routine that varies every day of the week.
