Hi, what are the best weight loss Diets for someone with a low metabolism??
Eat less than you burn, keep moving as much as you can. Give up all drinks but water. Give up eating bread and take up eating raw celery instead.
Go swimming once or twice a week,.. Try going for some easy strolls.

It might seem strange, but eating more will actually speed up your metabolism. Now, by eating more, I don’t mean you should binge on chips and ice cream. I recommend the "cave man diet," which is basically where you eat things in their purest forms– nothing processed. Vegetables, eggs, and meats are best for your meals, and fruits are good for snacks in between. Eat a few small meals per day instead of three meals to keep your metabolism going throughout the day– just make sure you control your portions.
Also, look at what you drink– stick to water and tea if you can, but don’t force yourself. If you don’t like the taste of tea without sugar, you can either use organic sugar (and only a little), or you can just find a sweeter tea. Either way, it is important to keep your body constantly hydrated.
Lastly, it is important to exercise. Exercising will speed up your metabolism like nothing else. If you’re starting from scratch, take it easy. Take a walk, but go for a long distance. Jogging at a slower, steady pace for a long time will help you more than sprinting for ten minutes.

How about you go running around the block every day? Or at least walk it.
That would do it if you really want.
You will lose weight if you eat less calories than you consume.
