    Diets don;t work because::

    Diets don;t work because you cut off food. When your read to eat that food again, your body doesn’t know what to do with that food, and it stores as fat. Also, diets are bad for you. Thus, diets do not work.

    I don’t drink milk. It makes me throw up.

    You’re asking for the impossible. That’s how weight loss goes is diet and exercise.

    You are right in that dieting reduces your metabolism. However, if you exercise regularly, you’ll increase your metabolism and the body will burn off the fat, but if you aren’t eating properly to maintain the needs of your muscles, you won’t get the desired appearance either.

    If you’re so insistent on not dieting, you need to increase your exercise regimen. Do more cardio, and make sure your workout is well rounded (i.e. don’t go just squats because you want nice thighs, spot training like that doesn’t work).

    Drink more water and milk it helps digestion and breaks your food down so that your body can use more of any nutrient you’re getting. Basically your body doesn’t store as much fat.

    There are diets that cut off food (the one ur talking bout) bt then there are some that u dnt cut off any food bt u jus eat healthy food…u could eat the same but u just eat healthier…i dnt mean healthier like no more junk food at all or anything bt like the carton egg instead of the egg egg…and just look at the nutrition facts about the sodium and cholesterol and saturated fat nd those stuff…

    Always realize that in order to lose weight you need to expend more calories than you take in. There are two ways to do this increase metabolism and maintain caloric intake. The other way is to maintain metabolism and decrease caloric intake. Metabolism is most easily increased thru anaerobic exercise. You should keep a journal of your intake and know the calories of erything you eat. You can find this on the net. Join a support group like Overeaters Anonymous. At 13 you may need some other assistance as you are still growing and may have unreasonable body aspirations.

    Ok, so you’re 4′9" (i know this cuz your previous question dont worry lol), you’re 13 and you want to loose weight!?!?! rite?? plz read the whole thing even if its long!! sorry lol.

    ok well diets aren’t about stoppiing wat comes in through your mouth and not eating at all, that called anorexia, which btw is totally not healthy!! Yes eat healthy and yes exercise. Diets include watching wat you eat and eating a moderate amount of things. Second servings not cool!! You can still eat junk food you know?? i mean come on you’re 13, you are barely a teenager, dont stop having fun at such a young age cuz you know wat?? once you get older youll have to take even more care of yourself and stuff. EAT junk food, but at a moderate amount. btw im 17, its not like im old and one sided.i know how u feel about the loosing weight thing, but really theres no point to it rite now. dont obsses over weight cuz trust me ive been there an it aint fun!!! it affects ur self esteem and overall ur lifestyle. Have fun!! dnt try to grow up too fast cuz soon you’ll have to and you’re not gonna like it. believe me i tried to grow up fast and i didnt beleve wat others woould tell me and it got hard for me. so point here is you’re not supposed to look like a super model off of like a damn magazine, ur 13 they’re like wat?? 30?? lol and they cover these ppl up with tons of make up and edit it on the computer b4 they put them in mags. you’re still growing, ur body is still developing. just keep with the healthy eating and dont cutt off food and dnt over exercise thats not good either. watch wat you eat. o and milk is really good for you know it or not!! maybe you shud try a diff milk. whole milk, in my opinion, sucks!! its too thick and creamy, that one makes me throw up too haha!! if thats your case maybe you shud try 2% or skim milk, its good for you!! =] =] =]
    now, plz be a kid and screw society all it wants is for you to think you wanna be like the skinny bitches on mags, you’ll grow out of it. i promise!! =] Stay Strong!! & Peace!!
