    the best weight lost is to play football or go to la kitness.. it will be soo fun and not challenging.. dont tery going to the gym cuz theres to much pressure and its tough so if u try those u will lose weight in no time…

    how tall are you and how much do you weigh? You prob. don’t need to loose any weight, just tone up. Besides, if you are gaining muscle, you will actually gain weight since muscle is more dense than fat.

    Encourage children for nutritional diet-
