Is there anything you can eat or take to help you burn more calories or boost your metabolism?

Celery has negative calories…meaning it subtracts from what you have already eaten.

First off that answer with the celery is ridiculous
Caffeine is a stimulant that will speed up metabolism…
The answer to your question rest more in what you should not take, as opposed to what you should take..
Eating foods high in carbohydrates or foods that are naturally tough to digest, will reduce the speed of the metabolism..
For example, you should eat chicken instead of red meat…
Burning calories is a result of increased heart rate… The most efficient way to do this, is by increasing the heart rate between 120-160 beats per minute for 20 to 40 minutes…
Exercise is the key to a faster metabolism
Good Luck

First of all this is the basic difference between a high metabolism and a low metabolism in relation to burning calories
high metabolism - you digest food faster making the calories enter your system faster and they if not excercised off fast enough turns to fat.
low metabolism - you digest food slower making the calories enter your system at a slower rate so it is then easier to burn off those calories and they aren’t as likely to turn to fat.
if you do things like eat as soon as you get up that can slow it down and if you think about it, it makes sense for your body to do, it hasn’t had anything to keep it going for hours and if you don’t give it something it can start thinking there’s a shortage of food and try to store what you eat for lunch as fat.
As for carbohydrates they can be abit tricky, first there is three different types(not going to get into all them). Sugar is one and I don’t think I have to tell you that is bad.
If you take something like porridge that is full of carbohydrate but its still really good for you(even when a bit bad for taste buds) mainly because it will fill you up and you will not be snacking on the little sugary carbohydrates.
The best thing is too look at three things sugar levels, calories and saturated fat in foods and the lower they are the better.
There are things called supper foods that have nearly everything good you need, celery might be one, the only ones I can think of now are avocados and tomatos
