    Leg Muscles and Leg exercises. How can i(women) get sexy leg and burning stubborn fat from my hips & thighs?
    Im trying to shape, sculpt and tone the leg, butt, hips and thighs. Any guides , program or exercise to get sexy and hot leg for women .

    alot of people like the stair stepper or the machine bowflex came out with called the tred climber i think? its like a stepper machine with a belt for each foot, so while you are getting a cardio work out to trim out fat you are working the leg and thigh muscles to get the nice cut look out of your thighs to poke out. It all takes time! make a small goal and than a big one!
