		<description>no, i think your friend was talking about fat calories and glycogen levels ie eating carbs before jogging is pointless because insulin will be released and ANY fat burning will be ignored by your body as carbs are the preferred fuel so the simple solution is this - jog on an empty stomach after drinking water or black coffee and you will be using fat calories for energy within the first minute and then after your run don't eat ANY carbs just have an ALL protein high OMEGA 3 breakfast of flax seeds,fish,walnuts etc and this will keep your body in the fat burning zone,as soon as you eat any carbs again insulin will be released and fat depletion will come to a complete stop,then for all the other meals eat low carb,high protein,good fat ,repeat for as long as you want to lose more fat,this diet always works incredibly  fast as your metabolism will be fired up after the run and insulin/glycogen will be extremely low..&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
