Our body has a specific energy need per day about 2000 Calories for an average person. If you exercise or do physical work it may be higher owing to the high demand of energy . The chief reason for getting fat is that we consume more calories than we actually need every day . Our body turns extra calories in fat for storage and later use as a reserve . If you don’t pay attention to the calorie intake the fat keeps on accumulating causing excessive weight gain and other health complications .
How to Lose Fat fast :
1. Lower your Calorie intake : Take an estimate of calorie intake every day and identify the high calorie food or drinks .Decide on cutting back on these foods . Identity a alternate or cut back entirely. Many times healthy looking food and drink are full of calories , sugar and salts so read labels and eat accordingly. Switch to fruit and vegetables instead on processed , canned fruits and foods , cut back on your portion sizes , keep eating at regular intervals of about two hours so that you don’t feel a carving and end up eating more .
2. Fat burning and losing extra Calories : Exercise helps in burning fat by as body uses fat as source of energy . Reduction in calories intake coupled with a regular exercises like runnimng , Jogging , or walking requires energy and helps in burning extra fat faster. You can occasionally eat something as long as you burn it off with exercise . Try to burn at least 2,000 calories through exercise each week.You can start with a ten minute walk every day then do at least 20 ten-minute exercise sessions per week. Walking one mile burns 150 calories and this can be used to estimated how much walking is needed if you eat a high calorie food.

Does anyone have tips on fast weight loss?
My prom is coming upon firday. And I don’t fit in my dress as good as I should. I need some tips to lose my extra weight fast. Can someone please tell me a diet that would work?
Things that you should know:
I do exercise and I drink a lot of water during the day.
I never drink any pop unless its diet.

You just have to be physically healthy doing daily workouts. You need to be active for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week doing certain activities. Just walking is a great work out.

Thats really hard. If you do it the right and healthy way you will only lose probably up to 3 pounds. If thats not enough then idk you would have to stop eating but that horrible for your body. Maybe you could get your dress altered so it fits nicer? Good luck honey!

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

South beach diet will burn off ten pounds in first seven days. The only problem with fast weight loss is the skin does not get to ease back so you WILL have hanging skin that looks terrible. Beleive me been there done that now its off to the plastic surgeon.
