If I am on a 1200 calorie diet and working out when should I start seeing results?

I started a 1200 calorie Diet, consisting of boiled eggs, low sodium V8, lean cuisine, salads, and veggies. No salt, no sugar. I am also starting to exercise 30 min on treadmill or stationary bike, when should I start seeing results? Size loss?

You must have right info if you want to lose weight. You can did way that I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks. It works just amazing and It will work for you too. You can find more info at link below.

    pretty quickly! you will feel better but depending on your size.. it will vary… if your 20 stone, you will see change rapidly but if your 9/10 stone it will be slower! if your previous diet was junk food… dont go cold turkey… have a treat on fridays ( i have a magnum ice cream ) otherwise you will cave.. and get support off family/friends to keep motivation!!!!     Hi monkeee,

    your speed of weight loss depends on how big the calorie deficit is that your are creating. The calorie deficit is the calories that you burn per day minus the calories that you eat per day. Say you burn 1700 calories per day (depends on your actual weight, height, gender, age and activity level) and eat 1200 calories, your deficit is 500 calories per day. That should result in a weight loss of around 1 pound per week. You can have that calculated below.
