Can cardiovascular disease, neurological disease lead to diabetes and eventually cause chronic disease?

If this is true, can you give me examples of cardiovascular disease and neurological disease’s that do this?

Usually, it’s the other way around. Diabetes can lead to cardiovascular and neurological diseases.

    No. the OPPOSITE is true.

    Diabetes leads to cardiovascular disease, neurological disease and other chronic illness.

    Diabetes causes heart attacks and poor blood flow to the extremities.
    Diabetes causes pain and tingling in the extremities, and there is a strong link between Diabetes and Alzheimer;s Disease.
    Diabetes, causes such chronic disease as kidney failure, digestive problems, blindness, and sexual dysfunction.
