What is the relationship between the cardiovascular system and muscle fatigue?

Biology homework. I need to find out the relationship between the cardiovascular system and muscle fatigue.

your blood is used to transport o2 in for respiration, and the removal of lactic acid.
o2 is used normaly but when there is a short supply the body the cell respires anarobicly. This uses proteins and fats but produces latic acid. A build up in that causes the pain that you feel but a good cardiovascular system works better at disposing it
