7 day diet menu plan ideas?
Sunday, July 18th, 2010Im planning on having a 7 day diet and im tired of looking up on google for menu plans, the plans are too much….i want something simple that i wont be lazy enough to do at home lol
can any one make me a 7 day diet menu plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner? something simple but still very healthy and good choices so i can loose this embarrassing fat! lol im not so fat i just have belly fat that needs to go! so with a good healthy Diet i can get in shape!…….thanks!
Well, to be honest I’m kinda lazy too so I usually eat many similar things.
First off, buy some yogurt, frozen fruits, and fruit juice for smoothies in the morning. They are different each time you make them by using different fruits or yogurts. You make the same thing but mix it up and it’s really good and healthy. have a bowl of cereal like cheerios or shredded wheat if the smoother isn’t enough. Or even something like cream of wheat. Just be careful that it’s not packed with sugars or calories.
Sandwiches for lunch are easy too, and can be mixed up.
Also, use a butter substitute that’s good for you.
Day 1:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal (and toast if you want it… on whole wheat bread)
Lunch: Peanut butter and Jelly (on whole wheat bread)
Dinner: Chicken and Rice with vegetables (there’s a gajillion ways to make it, and it’s typically very low fat)
Day 2:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Ham sandwich (light mayo and of course whole wheat bread)
Dinner: Spaghetti (use ground turkey - it has very little fat!)
Day 3:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Sandwich of choice and carrots (light mayo)
Dinner: Fish and Rice with veggies
Day 4:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Sandwich of choice and carrots (light mayo)
Dinner: Homemade stew (put water, steak, potatoes, onions, carrots, etc in a crock pot and heat for a few hours)
Day 5:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Leftover stew
Dinner: Home made turkey burgers - use wheat buns.
Day 6:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Sandwich of choice
Dinner: Chicken enchiladas (it’s REAL REAL easy if you find a simple recipe online. trust me don’t be scared)
Day 7:
TAKE VITAMINS!
Breakfast: Smoothie and bowl of cereal
Lunch: Sandwich of choice and carrots
Dinner: Pork chops and rice with veggies
Well. That’s a very basic and simple overview. I hope it helps you. It’s really easy and even though it’s repetitive with smoothies and sandwiches, they can be changed up so it’s really not that bad. Be sure to go for a walk or run or bike every day. Chewing gum can help you if your hungry with the cravings… snacks can add lots of calories if your not careful. Good luck!
