Japanese owned National Foods of Australia expects nothing less than the totally loyalty and commitment from its workers and makes them sign a non disclosure agreement upon being fired but offers very little to them in return.
National Foods plans to slash employment at nine of its cheese plants across Aus.
Workers fears thousands of jobs will be lost from this companyâs Australian cheese and dairy manufacturing operations.
Affected workers can expect no real support from National Foods despite the companies stated media plans to do so, if past history of this company is anything to go by an ex employee said.
The affected plants are Simpson and Campbellfield in Victoria; Jervois and Murray Bridge in South Australia; Kings Meadows, Burnie, King Island and Heidi Farm in Tasmania; and Malanda in Queensland.
