weight loss question!!?
Wednesday, August 18th, 2010Alright so I’m trying to lose weight so I’ve started running 3-9 miles a day and lifting 3 days a week. Also I have been eating very healthy. I’m not really fat but I’m joining the air force and am just heavier then the requirement..
Well anyways I started this about a week ago, and am already down 10lbs. I would like to lose 10lb’s more in the next 2-3 weeks.. it’d definitely be hard to do it again in only 1. So I was just looking for any weight loss tips. Maybe workout ideas, or good Diets to help me..

eat small meals through the day or eat really low cal snacks ALL day and drink lots and lots of water.
