Monday, August 23rd, 2010Safe teen diet and exercise schedule?
Monday, August 23rd, 2010Hi ![]()
I’m sixteen and at risk of being overweight, so I want to begin exercising and eating healthy on a daily basis, especially since it’s summertime. I wanted to know what would be a safe diet plan that doesn’t require any medication, Diet sodas, or fancy shmancy meals that cost a lot of money? And is there a good workout schedule that I could use that would strengthen and carve abs? I know it was kind of a long question, sorry for the inconvenience, but it sure would help! Thanks!

it’s for women too. there is a womens forum in the ask scooby forum.
since you want good nutrition and help with your abs then look under six pack abs.
the nutrition videos are worth watching even if you don’t take any other advice from the site.
it makes keeping your weight under control really easy.

Friday, August 20th, 2010My waist is 30 inches…won’t go down no matter how much I diet and exercise…please help?!?
Friday, August 20th, 2010Even with persistent exercise and healthy eating, my waist will not budge from 30 inches.
Why is this? I want to get to 27 or 26 inches. Also, how much weight would you have to lose to reduce the waist by 3-4 inches?
Maybe you are meant to have a 30 inch waist. Not everyone is meant to look alike. What is more important is your waist to hip ratio. Did you know Marilyn Monroe was a size 14 and even decades after her death she is revered for her beauty. This whole trying to have the body of a 12 year old boy thing is a fad and it will change.
