I bought the new GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60. Two tubs, 3 pounds each. Im tying to figure out whats the best way to use it. including weither to take it with milk or water or in a special mix of oatmeal, bananas and such.

Depending on what flavor you got, you can always mix it into oatmeal and add some berries. This way you get everything in one bowl and it is a great way to start your morning meal. I have been doing it this way for years and enjoy it quite well.
