Has anyone tried the cabbage soup diet and does it work?

I’m thinking of trying the cabbage soup diet, can anyone give me a some feedback/advice on it?

To lose weight you have to:
eat less
eat healthier
exercise more.

any fad nonsense like cabbage soup or grape pits will only damage your body.

Until you develop the willpower to stay on a REAL Diet….don’t wear stripes

How to make cabbage soup for my diet?

I’m going on a cabbage soup Diet but I dont know how to make the soup…plz dont laugh at me because i dont know how..i know its somthing like cabbage+water+tomato sauce=cabbage soup diet but i want to know exactly what to use in it and how to cook it….

Cabbage Soup Crock-Pot

Zucchini, spinach, and carrots make this easy soup super nutritious.

Yield: 5
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 9 hours
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:
● 1/2 medium head cabbage, cut up
● 3 small zucchini, peeled and diced
● 3 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced
● 1/4 tsp dried basil
● 1/2 tsp black pepper
● 1 pinch salt, to taste
● 1 cup vegetable juice, low sodium (or tomato juice)
● 2 tbsp tomato paste
● 2 tbsp onion powder (optional)
● 2 cup fresh chopped spinach, washed well and chopped (or beet greens)
● 1 small carrots, fresh, 5 1/2" long , peeled and sliced
● 1/2 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
● 3 cup water (up to 4 cups)

Directions:
1 Place all ingredients into a Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. If the results are too thick, add water to your liking.

Additional Information
Cabbage tip: To help eliminate cabbage odors while while cooking, place an uncovered dish of vinegar near the heat source.

Cabbage Soup diet work better with SlimQuick?

I have the slimquick 7 day cleanse and was wondering if I combined that with the cabbage soup Diet, if that would give me even better results?
Just curious - thanks!!! :) This diet is NOT a scam diet, its a cleanse as well. It includes tons of fruits, veggies and meat in certain days

The cabbage soup diet alone will give you max results. It’s a pretty good cleanse. I can’t see where adding another cleanse diet product would make the results even better seeing how they would already be maxed out with the cabbage soup diet. You should only do the cabbage soup diet for a short time, so why not alternate between the two. CS diet for 2 weeks then give yourself a 3 day break and then do SlimQuick.

About cabbage soup diet? is it possible for me to do the diet by not making the soup?

I just want to find out, I want to do the cabbage soup diet, but I dont want to make the soup. I was wondering, would the Diet still work if i just ate the ingredients for the soup, like the cabbage and carrots, etc.
Would i have the same results.?
Answers please from people who know what they are talking about.

The term ‘good crash diet’ is an oxymoron. There are none because all crash diets are bad for you!

PS If you eat raw cabbage you will get very bad indigestion. You cannot survive on just cabbage and carrots, you will get low blood sugar, shake and sweat, and not lose any weight, just muscle and water. You will end up putting on more weight than you ‘lost’.

Sensible diet & excercise is the only thing to be recommended.
