Tuesday, June 29th, 2010more specifically, ae there Diet ingredients that can show up on a drug screen. Waiting on a job offer that is pending the outcome of an escreen test (which I understand to be instant results). What other factors would delay the outcome of a urine drug test?
OTC diet pills from reputable companies shouldn’t turn a drug screen positive. The only real OTC diet pill is "Alli," which makes you absorb less fat (and gives you rather greasy stool). This won’t turn a drug test positive.
Other "diet pills" are not regulated, and honestly companies can put mostly whatever crap they want in those things. Worse, would be things you can get online. They are mostly a combination of caffeine and other stimulants–and I wouldn’t be surprised if you found crystal meth or any other amphetamines in some of those snake oil diet pills. That could turn a drug test positive.
