How to prepare and cook the 3 day diet foods?

Friday, August 20th, 2010

I found the 3 day diet foods recipe, but was wondering if I choose to drink tea, what kind of tea do I have to drink?
As for the vegetables are they suppose to be steamed?
For the toast, what kind of toast does it have to be?
Then for the tuna and other meat, can it be grilled or boiled?
What kind of melon am I suppose to eat?
Lastly, do I need to exercise with this?

Please no advertisements.

I’ve done the 3 day diet.

You can drink any tea you want, just don’t add milk, cream or sugar.

The vegetables should be cooked without any butter or oils - steaming is the best, or you can eat them raw if you want.

It can be any kind of toast - rye, whole wheat, 7 grain are the healthiest instead of white bread.

Tuna - you can eat canned tuna if you want instead of a tuna fillet that has to be cooked. The frankfurter can be boiled or baked, it doesn’t matter, as long as none of the meat is fried you can cook them any other way you want.

Canteloupe melon is the best to eat on this diet, but you can have watermelon or honeydew melon if you don’t like canteloupe.

You should exercise a little - go for a nice walk each day, but it is not necessary - you eat so little food on this Diet that you are guaranteed to lose at least a couple of pounds even without exercising.

What kind of a food diet should I have to have a more feminine appearance?

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

I mean food Diet as in like the kinds and type of food I eat, not like really reducing calories or withholding food, etc.

The biggest challenge for a guy is to rethink everything about food. Most men are garbage cans, everything goes in. Not most gals.

Think of food as fuel, not pleasure or boredom relief. Think every time you eat from lips to hips, and start weighing yourself daily. No more starch, no more sugar, ditch them both.

I fell in love with oatmeal, sounds boring but it isn’t. You be amazed how yo can jazz it up. My doctor called it a miracle food. Fills you up and does not weigh you down. The other thing is fish. Cod, Talapia, you name it. Pan fry in olive oil with crumbs is good, green beans and veggies is good, broiling fish is good.

Think like a girl, then start eating like a girl. smaller portions, small bites, no more super sizing and get up when you are still a little hungry.

So far lost 30 pounds and I have more to go. Over 6 months, lots of changing habits- hard to do but for the look you want a must do). Side benefit it is so much healthier and you will feel better in a big way. Good luck.

Where can I find a healthy food diet to last me several weeks?

Wednesday, July 21st, 2010

I’m a 17 year old who is pretty active, I’m starting a new workout plan and I would really like to just cut the junk food out of my Diet. I’d like to find a meal plan that tells you what exactly to eat each day if such a thing exists.
I know most of that. I have swim practice every day so I wouldn’t starve myself, and I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight, I don’t need to.

NO

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.

first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..

eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .

if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.

go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.

if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.

10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure…but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed…

btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.

drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster…you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well

What is the best food processor for raw food diet?

Tuesday, July 13th, 2010

Im on the raw food Diet and I need a food processor. I need a big one for my recipes that works well and is not too expensive. Which one?

I bought a Blendtec Blender last year and it does it all — blender, juicer, mixer and food processor. It’s expensive but saves a lot of money on all the appliances that a raw foodist needs!
