I am on a diet I need help badly?

I am on a diet but i still cant lose weight I am really trying to eat healthy and I exercise 4 times a week!
So if you could give me ideas on how to lose it i would apprieciate it!! thanks xx I live in Newport by the way ! x
Well i am onb a Diet i eat quite healthy and i do 5 sorts of exercise a week such as; netball, swimming, jogging/ball skills, biking and it is hard to lose wait please help!

Whey Protein and Diet HELP?

I just started working out and started taking whey protein. What I wanted to know is if it’s required or highly recommended that I start going on a Diet? I really prefer not to but if i don’t eat healthy workout and take whey protein will i get a gut? Thanks.

Focus on your nutrition as it is number one!!! You have to eat clean to see good results, so don’t sabotage yourself by eating crappy. Also, make sure you are consuming a high quality whey protein minus the fillers and additives.

okay so im a 13 year old girl, i weigh between 75 and 85lbs(its always changin). i have ALWAYS been tiny and i get comments on it every single day. in jeans im a 00 and in bra a 32A. the ONLY meat ill eat is tyson chicken nuggets and lyk catfish. now, i have a choir trip 2 san diego in april and i REALLY want to be able to "fill out" my bikini ykno? its so embarrasin bein as tiny as i am and i really wish i culd gain weight, and i just wanna kno how to gain at least 10-15lbs within the next month. i kno sum ppl r ganna say"well u shuld be thankful to be thin" or "ur 2 yung to be thinkin about tat" but when evry1 else around u is wearin a 1 in jeans, its embarassin. so plzzz only giv me answers that will help cuz im VERY insecure and i just want help! plz and thank u

More starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice and nuts might perhaps help, especially if you combine them with animal protein such as the ONLY meat you eat, sea food, dairy products or eggs.

im 15. 120-125 lbs. 5 foot 2. do you think thats chubby or aveage?
im having stomach cramps and bowel irritation so my doc says i need to change my Diet and eat healither. i dont exersice at all either. im really lazy but im changing that. im gonna walk my dog everyday afterschool. at least im gettin up and doin something physical.

anyway, what healthy foods do you suggest i eat?
any exersice tips?

I would say that’s about right, a little under if anything- I’m 13 and I weigh 122.6 and it’s a bit uncomfortable really. For the bowel irritation, I urge you to ask your doctor about your pancreatic enzymes and possibly oral supplements or at least a test to see if your pancreas is working the way it should and producing enough enzymes. Also, contrary to popular belief, lettuce is not necessarily healthy, in fact it’s one of the hardest things for your body (pancreas) to digest. Need help with my diet?

Ok so Im 13, about 5"7 and always between 140 to 145. First of all I am not fat I just have some extra stomache fat and some extra fat on my arms but thats about it. I workout every day except weekends. On monday, wednesday, and friday I use my bowflex for about 40 minutes for strength and I try to do as many sit ups and push ups I can and also 30 minutes on a stationary bike with resistance. The push ups and sit ups and bike I do every night and the bowflexx only 3 days a week like I said. And when the weather gets warmer Im going to start running. I eat pretty healthy most of the time, I eat mostly proteins like boiled chicken and steak and I eat alot of fruits like bananas and pears I hate veggies tho, and I try to only drink water, cranberry juice 100& no sugar, and milk and when I do drink pop its diet. Heres my questions.
1) Does my diet and excersise routine seem good?
2) I also need help finding good foods, please list specific healthy foods thanks.
3) And if I keep this routine and eat even better do you think I can get that extra fat off my stomache and arms? thanks
And actually list SPECIFIC FOODS that are healthy, thanks.
And I also have a protein shake once in awhile when Im done working out..

1- your Diet seems good, you may need more carbs in it to balance everything.exercise is very good it’s not too much and not too little!
2- fruits
jelly
muesli
fiber cereal
oats
anything with fiber to fill you up like wholegrain bread, grains like polenta, cous cous, rice. diet pop has hidden sugars in it so avoid it if possible
3-i definitely think you could get the fat from your stomach and am sure you will stick to this. hope you get results very soon! xx

l want to get fit, and all I ever eat is junk food and l need to change my diet! Help and advice, please?

I am constantly eating junk food and l know that it’s not doing any good for me because l have no energy, l can’t concentrate, and l am always constipated, all because of my Diet. l eat crisps, chocolate, chips, burgers, waffles, etc. l can’t afford the gym, so l got myself Vicky Entwistle - WOW! - Weight Off Workout! DVD. l just need to change my diet and what food do l need to eat?

Food for concentration, memory and to help keep me regular would be great. Thanks ever so much!

I keep reading that detoxing or cleansing your body before you start a Diet helps you lose weight quicker and I’m just wondering if it’s recommended or not…

It’s a load of money making rubbish.
The body is self detoxing.
We have skin, lungs, kidneys and liver to do it for us.
Colon cleanse just gives people holistic diarrhoea and upsets the delicate balance of flora in the gut.

Whats the best exercise to do to lose weight quickly and what diet pills can help me?

I ordered 120 pills off amazon and hoping to get them tomorrow. Those of you who have used it and it worked. How many did you take in one day, the tag says 2-8 but I want to know what worked for you guys

It won’t matter how many you take, these pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.

All you need is a good healthy Diet - lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix :)

I just started the Diet but I am having trouble finding out what the portion sizes are for things like soups.
they will give you the calorie content and fat content etc. but not how many oz a serving should be its really making me nuts!On some of the soups the protein content is very low and they dont say if this is a meal or snack or what!Help!!!!!Also on the cookies again no portions mentioned!!!agrrhhhh!

Soup-1cup is a serving size.Also you can either have it as a snack or as a meal.If you are going to have it as a meal go ahead and up the portion size to either 1 1/2c. or 2cups..But heres a suggestion..Have 1cup of some good ol’healthy soup and 1/2 a sandwich..

Cookies-it depends on what kind they are.Some thing small like an oreo is 2cookies per serving.Anything bigger is 1 cookie per serving size.
