Need help with Master cleanse diet program?

I plan to undertake a 10 day master cleanse Diet consisting of lemon, cayenne pepper, maple syrup. I need suggestions on how to go about taking this diet effectively for 10 days. Are there side effects to this diet? How can the body adjust itself to solid diet after the cleansing is over?

There are side effects and they’re all bad.

It’s a dangerous con. Dont do it.

I’ve heard that a wheat free diet could help shed tonnes of weight.. So I was wondering if anyone could advise me on the foods i need to eat and foods i need to avoid.. Also need a diet plan for this wheat free diet ! I’d like to give it a try..

Yes I believe you can benefit from a wheat free Diet. In fact I believe anyone can benefit from a wheat free diet.

The protein found in wheat (Gluten) has been changed significantly by farmers in the last 100 years to increase the amount of elasticity and thus allow our modern breads and pastries to be produced.

Given the increased propensity for wheat allergies and intolerance this shows that our bodies are struggling to cope with modern wheat.

Shedding stones of wheat might be more than can be hoped for but certainly it will help you on your way!

my dog is noticeably overweight.
but ive tried doing a different food schedule, taking her on walks, everything but she gains it all back because she like to sleep eat and that’s it. i think its her lazy personality…any tips?

I have a male beagle puppy 9 weeks old. I feed him legacy puppy food http://www.legacypetfood.com/, about a quarter of a bowl, 3 times a day and I feed him a boiled egg once a week. And also praise him whit milk-bone treats when he soils outside, or does something good. I cut it in 4 peaces because the treat is big. I am scared that he gets overweight because beagle have that problem.

An adult Beagle requires between 1 and 1.5 cups/day. A growing puppy will peak at about twice that at about 6 months of age, and then taper back down to it’s adult requirements. You can divide the total amount into as many meals/day that you want.
You have to remember that the other name for a Beagle is "Chow Hound", so believe me if you put it down for them they will eat it all.

Looking at that products web site, the question I have to ask is, "why do their puppy foods lack an AAFCO statement of compliance to feeding standards"? Their adult formulas do have an AFFCO statement of compliance.

2 4 6 8 diet, need help on what to eat for it?

so basically.. i’ve been on and off anorexia/bulimia for years but i wanna try the 2 4 6 8 diet.. where you eat 200 calories one day.. 400 cals the next and so on.. i jus dont know what foods/snacks have 200 cals or less.. or 400 cals or les.. 600 cals or less or 800 cals or less.. if you know.. please tell me.. wanna start asap. thanks x
i cant switch it on and off..i mean i have it but keep geting help with it but it jus comes bak.

Okay, I am going to be completely honest, but that is the WORST diet I’ve ever heard of! Especially, for someone who has/had an eating disorder.
Take it from me, when I was a young teenager I had problems with eating disorders (bulimia and anorexia). Once I got help and started eating 1200 calories a day, I looked more beautiful than ever. People actually complimented me for once and because of that I became a model for some years because of my new figure.
Eating is the ONLY way to help your body in this situation. Try going to see a nutritionist or a Dietitian to help you with your eating habits. That’s what I did and it helped me out so much.

so i got about 2 hours of sleep last night..when i woke up i was starved.
throughout the day, i had:
1 banana (120 calories)
1 piece of cinnamon bread(110 calories)
1 packet of plain oatmeal(100 calories)
1 hardboiled boiled egg (70 calories)
so before noon i had…………………………….400 calories
then i made a dish with:
3/4 c. brown rice. (150 calories)
.5 c. of salmon (180 calories)
.5 small onion chopped…(20 calories?)
1.5 chopped hard boiled eggwhites(30 calories)
1 chopped pickle (5 calories)
so for lunch, that was about………………………..400 calories
then for dinner..:(
i had 1/2 cup of salmon (180 calories)
1 chopped pickle(5 calories)
1.5 chopped hardboiled egg whites(30 calories)
.5 chopped onion(20 calories)
thats about…………………………………………………..250 calories
then i had a banana (120 calories)
and two fiber one bars:( (280 calories)
so, extra today, i had…………………………………….400 calories.

i went over my calorie limit by 250 today :( and im still not satisfied. :(
i dont get it. some days, im just not hungry, and i can eat hardly anything, im too full. then like today, im starved and cant get full :(
help getting back on track?

its ok to go a little over if what you’re eating is healthy because its chemically good for you so your body uses those extra calories

so i have been Dieting for a week on a 500 cal diet. How much weight should i have lost during this week?

you need a minimum of 1000 calories per day so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode.
3500 calories equal 1 lb. not knowing your original caloric intake, i’ll guess 8lbs.

Anorexic or bulimic can kill you, ruin your stomach and teeth, starve you… DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

123 sounds like a good weight… I’m fourteen, about that height, thin and just a few pounds under that.

But if you really need to lose weight try cutting down to 1600 or so calories, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables (especially those) with grains (bread, rice, pasta can be really thick and starchy). Avoid oils, butter, dairy and meat, but do get some protein (nuts, better without salt) so you dont feel hungry all the time.

Also work out. If you want to lose weight you want cardio like jogging, not strength training like pushups.

Oh yes, dont ever miss a meal and especially not breakfast. It puts your body into panic mode so it stores everything you eat at the next meal into fat. The longer you hold out the more it does this… so make breakfast your biggest meal and make sure you eat often.

..im finishing my 23 day round of hcg.. and then going to break one week and start another round of the hcg 23 day cycle.. so that i would have a total of the 43 days in the Diet and the go into the 6 week maintenance.. my question is .. that for the second round do i gorge again?.. my first round i only gorge one day because i couldnt handle all the food. but i probably wouldve got more results if i did it for two days and now im very week so .. since im not going to continue right after the last shot… i was planning to do a little week of maintenance ..and go into another 23 days. help me please .. what do you think? should i gorge again.. for the other round.?
