I need a diet plan, will you help me please?

Im 15, 5′2 and weigh 140 pounds.
I really wanna lose weight but i wont beable to stick to it unless i make a plan.
But i really have no clue where to even start on the plan.
Im a vegetarian, and i really wanna lose my love handles and my thighs smaller.
Dont know if this part is important but my idea wieght is 120.
So someone please help.

can someone give me a strict diet for the next week that would help me look ok?

im quite chunky, i eat loads of rubbish.
i weight 10stone and am 5 foot 5.
if i ate;
oat cereal, breakfast
sand which, lunch
apple, snack
something healthy, dinner
and drink plenty of water
will i loose weight?

Yeah, you definitely will! The only thing is not to restrict your food too much, or your body will go into starvation mode.

Exercise @ least 30 minutes a day, sensible diet, weight gain?? Help!!?

So my doc said I need to lose 30-40lbs so for the past month I have been working out at least 30 minutes a day 6-7 days per week, I eat a sensible Diet but I am gaining weight?? I was at 188 when I started now I am at 192 and my clothes do not fit any different.

I do a dance cardio workout, a kick boxing workout, and strength training/yoga on alternating days.

Please help I am becoming depressed over this and do not know what to do.

A lot of times your body actually needs more time to exercise - aerobic exercise is really low intensity for over one hour. Your training sounds more anaerobic especially kickboxing and strength training. Your probably building muscle. Try doing your same routine however add in more walking, jogging, swimming. You can either do this as an alternate workout or as a pre or post workout. Gradually increase your workouts to over 60 minute per day.

Also watch what your eating add more protein and complex carbohydrates. Try drinking more water dropping soda and sugar treats or corn syrup products.

So I recently purchased GNC Total Lean Burn 60 from GNC. Now before you go saying that’s not the way to lose weight and you must exercise and diet let me tell you that I do. I’m a 6 day hour and a half to two hour exerciser and I’m a vegetarian who doesn’t eat sweets too much. I bought these pills to see if they would help me shed some last few pounds (like 15-20). I’ve lost 20 already and I really want to keep going until I hit my goal weight. I’ve tried pills before and they have helped me in losing the 20 pounds, but recently I’ve come across this and I’ve heard this REALLY works. I’m only 5′2 so any extra weight on me REALLY shows and I don’t want to look like a little chubby oompa loompa!

Diet pills arnt anything special but a multi vitamin and whey protein will do wonders for you.

This works, Split your calories up so you get 40 % from Protein, 40% from Carbs and 20% from fats.
When im bulking i like to go 50% Protein 30 % carbs and 20 % fats. I only use this for a lifting diet though.

I dont know how much you weigh but eat Your body weight x 10 calories plus around 600 calories for physical activity every day. For me 200lbs x 10 = 2,000 + 600 = 2600 calories a day. This is how many calories ill burn durning the day. I try and stay right around this give or take 200 calories.

Now split your calories up into 6-7 small meals throughout the day. Eat lean meats ( chicken/turkey burger,egg whites, tuna, ect. ) fruits, veggies, and mutli grain breads( Slow carbs great post workout ) and my secret snack….. mixed nuts and dried fruit.

On top of this lift weights 2 days a week with 2-3 days rest in between. Then do cardio every day. I try every day but sunday. Usually either run or do heavy bag workout.
Dont neglect the weights. Keep it 8-12 reps for 3 sets of each exercise. Push yourself to failure ( Your body will refuse to lift anymore because it cant, youve ripped the muscles apart ) Do bench press, shoulder press. Tricep extensions, Dead lifts and curls. This will hit most of your upper body and can be done in about 1 hour. Give yourself like 2 mins in between lifts to let your muscles recover and lift to your full potential again.

If you lift weights your going to be putting on muscle which actually improves the way your skin looks ( Women tend to like improved skin ). tightens up the skin if you reach a decent body fat %. When I lift weights depending on what exercise i like to try and add 5-10 lbs every workout. This is key to growth, you always want to improve your lifts. For woman you wont see as big numbers but you should still look for growth. Even if its only 1 rep.

I like to keep a chart. write it down after every weight session. You want your weights and reps, its easier to make sure your making progress. Important. After workout and i mean immediatly after workout eat about 20 Grams of protein and 40 grams of carbs. If you dont want the calories get some whey protein, about a spoon full will get you your protein but you’ll need like 2 slices of grainy bread. Getting your body protein and carbs RIGHT after lifting weights stimulates faster growth. You can make this into a shake, whey protein and blended up fruit. Liquids digest faster which is what you need.

I am geting chest tightness feeling What should i do to get this pain out. I stopped this pill I didnt take it today. yesterday i ate good amount of food couldnt sleep al nite just couple hours. What should i take.. I have been drinking water? Should I eat alot of carbs ? Any tips to get this rid of feeling? I took multi vitamins too. Please help is this serious? Please help!

i am going away in 10 days and i have love handles and a bit of fat on my stomach, and i would really like it if i could have a really nice toned stomach without love handles, please can someone help me if they know a good Diet plan or anything!

The chunkiest girls in my class wear bikinis. They probably think you are super skinny. Trust me, you probably don’t even need to lose any weight, you just need confidence. Because lots of overweight people wear bikinis, you probably aren’t even overweight, so you should think better of yourself (:

But just for the record:
Eat a little less, and a little healthier. Cut out ALL junk food.
Go for a walk each day, about a half hour.
Do some sit ups and push ups in the morning and evening. :)

Am I overweight? If so, diet help?

Hello, I’m female(duh) 11 years old, about 5′3, and I was 125 pounds in March. My docter said that is perfect, but my BMI is overweight. I honesty don’t look fat, I really look normal, but I am really worried. I drink about 9 glasses of water a day(I love water) and I run/walk almost daily. I don’t get enough sleep, 9hrs,(i’ts suppost to be 10 for my age) but that’s because my room is filled with light in the morning, and because of my cat. I try to eat 800 calories, but probably eat around 1,000. So, my questions are:
1. Am I fat
2.best diet
3. Exercise plan
4. General advice :)

please don’t say I’m ‘just growing’. I feel really bad about my weight.

Thanks everyone! I really feel I’m eating enough, though… Oh well. I never have an appitite, which sucks.

Only you know if you are overweight or not. For the simple fact we don’t know you in person nor have we seen you. If you feel uncomfortable with your weight than do something about it. If you’re looking to loose weight then you need to lower you’re carbs e.g. Rice, potato’s, pasta and bread. Cut out fats, also start hitting the gym or if unable to start skipping, walking around the block, jogging. Basically anything cardio. A big part of your weight loss will be down to Dieting so you have to be strict. Good luck :)
