I’ve decided that I want to start living a healthier life and lose weight. I have been overweight my whole life. I’m wondering where I can find some info to help get me started on the right path. I (obviously) don’t know anything about this stuff. Like, what does a good breakfast contain or a healthy lunch, etc? I am unable to buy maple syrup grade B will grade A be ok?
What is the difference between both the grades apart from there color being a little darker?

I’m am not sure of the difference between Grade A and Grade B but in the book it says to purchase Grade B. They sell it at Trader Joe’s if there is one around you, if not, and you still want to do the cleanse the way that it is intended to be done try to find some online and order it. You cannot use sparkling water, you are not supposed to. It’s not like you can try to do something wanting to get the benefits from it but using your own rules. If you don’t do it the way that is directed, you will not benefit from doing it. And yes, it taste pretty good actually. Like a sweet lemonade with a spicy kick to it =D
