Where can I find good information about exercise and diet for weight loss?
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010I’ve decided that I want to start living a healthier life and lose weight. I have been overweight my whole life. I’m wondering where I can find some info to help get me started on the right path. I (obviously) don’t know anything about this stuff. Like, what does a good breakfast contain or a healthy lunch, etc? Or where should I start on exercise, how long do I need to exercise, and for how many days? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
