i am horrible at making healthy choices! i use to eat special K products but someone has told me that they contain too much sugar. I’m trying to get a flat stomach so what are so healthy foods that can help me achieve this?
like a breakfast lunch and dinner plan?

Breakfast: Egg white omelet with spinach and low fat mozzarella (or whatever veggies you like!) Glass of skim milk,coffee/tea
Snack: 1/4 cup nuts (any kind)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat, non-fat yogurt
Snack: Fruit!
Dinner: Grilled Chicken marinated in Cesar dressing, garlic green beans, broccoli
*If you’re hungry before bed grab your blender & throw in some fruit (I use strawberries & bananas), skim milk, non-fat yogurt and if you have it, protein powder..it makes an amazinggg smoothie/protein shake!
Keep a bottle of water with you all day & drink it..keeps you hydrated & full!
