Try and just take small changes such as switching your foods up. Walk or run every day or better yet do 30 minutes of cardio. Remember muscle burns more calories then fat does. Just try and portion out your meals every day to 5 - 6 mini meals a day consisting of, lean protein and good carbs. Best of luck

Well its almost summer so i need to loose my winter weight before i even think of getting in a bathing suit. Can anyone tell me the most effective Diet meal replacement shakes that won’t make me hungry?
You are better off eating real food. The shakes will make you hungry since it is a liquid and it gets absorbed rather quickly.

What should I eat for lunch and dinner?
It can’t be anything hard it has to be simple.
I wanna lose 30 Lbs by the summer. I counted it and I cant lose 4 lbs a week and if I start now I can lose thirty. Please please please please please help me!!!!!! I am in need.
btw. I’m 12 and 5′5”. The lost time I weighted in i was about 160.

Slash 100 calories to lose 5 kilos/year
Slash 250 calories to lose 11 kilos/year
Slash 500 calories to lose 22 kilos/year
you may need to cut more or fewer calories depending on your age gender and weight.
After deciding this you need to work on it so exercise is obviously important so see through you daily exercise.
Exercise- do some yoga and go for walk,jogging,do ups amd down bend down so tat it looses fats from stomach.And to flatten your tummy do some stretching exercise which stretches your stomach so tat u can loose some fats.Everyday you do need to exercise 1hour.

Drinks-you need to drinks lots of water atleast 10 to 15 glasses.Avoid cold drinks and wine beer istead go for coconut water.
My target was to reduce 6 kilos and i lost 6 kilos by applyin this and kept it consistent in my life…:)

Based on the recommended weight lose of 2-3 pounds a week then it should take you around 8 weeks. If you combine this with a bit of running then you will boost this. Also you will find if you run for 1/2 hour in the evening before your dinner then the urge to eat something healthy is optimized! Crash Dieting I would never recommend especially if you plan on keeping the weight off.

And also i want to go on a diet, im really good with exercise, i exercise everyday but im a very fussy eater therefor i don’t like much. How am i supposed to eat healthy then if i don’t like the diet foods advertisers tell you to eat?
