I changed my kittens diet and now he has diarrhea?

Monday, June 28th, 2010

I know i know i shouldn’t of done it but it was just a small change i changed him from canned meat with jelly to canned meat with gravey and this caused his upset stomach, so i decided i would try and dry him up with some dried food which i started given him 2 days ago, but he still has diarrhea, other than that though hes all fine. What should i do now keep him on the dried food and his stomach will get used to it or switch back to the canned jelly meat?

sticking to dry food is the best answer, dry food is less likely to upset there stomach and its better for them than wet food. Keep them on the dry food and there stomach will get used to it. Sticking to one food is better I recently learned that with my cat not to long ago.

Are you banning all seafood from your diet now, after learning about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico?

Friday, May 21st, 2010

Why, or why not?
Why are you telling me to relax? I’m asking a simple question.

Not at all, because I believe the product that is delivered to my store is safe.

I recently started a low carb diet and now I can’t sleep?

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010

I started a semi low carb Diet, which means I eat meat and veggies and cheeses for two meals of the day, and for the last meal of the day I eat what ever carby meal I want. It always helps me cut the calories and the junk food. But unfortunately I get this weird insomnia? Why is that? And what can I do to get to bed!

I have to agree, at least mostly, with the other two people who have answered your question. The reason you can’t sleep is that your body is trying to get rid of those carbs you ate too close to bedtime.

Any carbs you eat, whenever you eat them, should be healthy carbs — vegetables and fruits rather than sugary, starchy breads, cakes and cookies. And you’d be much better off eating them early in the day to give your body a chance to work them off. There’s an old saying that you should "eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince, and eat supper like a pauper." It works!
