Or they do the internal saltwater bathing on the weekends and during non-work hours. The main thing is that elimination, and lots of it, must occur for full toxic buildup removal.
Coming off the Master Cleanser diet
Coming off the Master Cleanser properly is very important. The first day, drink several 8-ounce glasses of fresh organic orange juice, and sip it very slowly as if savoring every drop. The second day, drink several 8-ounce glasses of fresh organic orange juice and eat a light, all-natural vegetable broth with a few vegetables in it that evening; you may also have one or two natural rye crackers with the broth. On the third day, have orange juice for breakfast, all-natural vegetable soup for lunch, and any vegetables, fruits, and salads you want for dinner. Wednesday, March 24th, 2010I would like to increase my cerebral blood flow, and the research I have done (so far) states that both gingko biloba and cayenne pepper aid in doing so. I plan to ingest a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (powder form in lemon juice) x3 daily and take one capsule of ginkgo biloba at night. I would simply like to know if its safe to do so.
Answers will be greatly appreciated!!!
IMO, that is too much cayenne pepper. I had one customer at my herb store who caused her bladder to bleed taking just 1 tsp. 1x daily for about 2 weeks. After a week of bleeding, she asked me about it & I advised she stop temporarily. She wasn’t in any pain, but obviously doing some damage.
My advice is to start w/ 1/4 tsp. cayenne, work up to a teaspoon gradually. Best taken first thing in morning on empty stomach and you can only do that once a day.
No problem taking ginkgo & cayenne together & a lot of "memory" formulas combine them. Ginkgo is the only herb specific to the brain.
One product I’ve seen to be effective is called Remember Now by Herbs, Etc. in Santa Fe NM. It is a liquid & contains Ginkgo, Gotu Kola, Rosemary, et.al. These herbs work very well together to increase blood flow, lower blood pressure, strengthen the whole vascular system.
Has anyone heard of the lemonade detox diet?
Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010My aunt is going to go 10 days without any food except for a lemonade concoction of water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maypul syrup. Will this Diet have any negative effects on her health? I would be very interested in a scientific answer instead of the answers like "heck yes".
Fasting is not bad for you. As a matter of fact, it’s the best thing you can do to detox your body.
The lemons give you some essential vits, the maple syrup is giving you the carbs, this means, no starvation mode that is experienced by folks that fast on water only.

Fasting is based on the premises that digestion is the most intensive thing your body does. It must stop, housekeeping, disease fighting, oxidant savaging in order to digest that t-bone you just wolfed down. So much so, that for most Americans the bodies housekeeping chores are at a net loss at the end of most days…..a loosing battle. THIS WAS MY ATTEMPT AT SOME SCIENCE….Cheers
