How to Diet Down NOW

I have tried to lose weight for 5 months and so far I have only lost 8 pounds. Sometimes more and sometimes less, it is very inconsistant. I don’t eat a lot and I excersize 5-6 times a week. I need something else. Please tell me of a good Diet pill!
