I need a lot of help!! I want to lose 25 pounds(at least) this summer. Here’s some info about me:
Age: 15
Height: 5 ft. 3 3/4 in.
Weight: Over 200 pounds
i need something that i’m able to do at home. i don’t want it to be an unhealthy speed Diet, or something that will make me unhealthy! PLEASE HELP!!

You should try a DVD workout, they are usually really good and time goes fast (around 40 minustes), and you burn fat. Try Jillian Michaels, they’re good!
Also eat healthy as much as you can, no sodas or juice, just water. And if you are hungry during the day, make yourself a smoothie with fresh fruits, you’re not going to be hungry again.
