Whats a good Diet that i can use?
I need help choosing a good diet. If anyone has any ideas that work. I exercise 3 times a week and would like a steady diet to lose weight. I tired many Diets that failed I know I can’t live on salads but I am looking to lose around 40 pounds if you can help me! Thank you
Work with weight watchers! You can eat what you want to, but just in smaller controlled portions. Don’t skip meals and keep up your exercising and it will be great. Weight watchers is good because it also comes with peer support, making it easier for you.

Lots of fruit, veg, oatmeal, eggs, brown rice and pasta, sweet potato, turkey, chicken, beef, yogurt and cottage cheese. Lots of protein makes you feel fuller for longer. That’s the key.
Never fails. Only you can make it happen. And you know you can do it.
