For instance, what is it? It's contents? Many people cannot answer even these two questions. So that's a big concern for Doctors. The benefits are to build an army of white corpuscles within your body so when the actual illness enters your body you will have the defenses to fight it off immediately and not get the illness. So the benefits are not getting sick.
