How come I didn’t gain back the weight that I lost from my crash diet?
I’ve been off the Diet for almost a year ( but I have relapsed and done it again a few times though )
But I never gained back the weight o-o .
Does it have to do with how my body works or something?
If this helps, I do 30+ pushups and V-sits everyday at night before I sleep.

I do good for 3 weeks or so then I relapse too, but I don’t gain my weight back. I always get back on track when I notice I could be gaining again. I think we catch it before we gain it!
