What are NATURAL ways to detox my body at home?
Anything you guys know about that I can make at home?
I don’t want to buy any fancy stuff. Something simple, with stuff I already have at home.
I tried drinking water right after I wake up, but it’s kinda hard.
Im 16 , 185 lbs, 5ft 11".
Im starting swimming soon, so I want to go with a detox formula to flush away my toxins and fat.
I have chronic constipation also.
Look, you are not a walking bag of toxins and you do not need to drink or eat anything unusual to detoxify yourself. You already own the world’s most efficient onboard filters for the purpose- you call them your liver and kidneys. Your body already removes waste, in urine and feces, on a regular basis. Nothing you can eat is going to leach things out of your body, at least not things like heavy metals. It just doesn’t work that way. If you want to keep your body in tip top form for swimming, the best thing you could do is simply eat a well balanced Diet, heavy on the whole grains, fruits and veggies, and light on refined foods, fast foods, red meat, and fats. Drinking water is fine, and you can do that whenever you drink liquid. It doesn’t even have to be straight water either. Your body routinely gets the fluid it needs from all the food you eat, even if it’s not drunk. Melons are primarily water and fiber, as are many fruits and veggies. You also will want to up the calcium intake, so you have material to build bone and muscle with. The best sources of that are still dairy products, but you just don’t need all the fat. So stick with low to no fat dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt. Avoid the empty calories in junk foods and sodas. Do not try mixing up concoctions of strange things to eat or drink. They simply don’t work, and your body won’t appreciate the effort to help out. All you have to do is eat right, and trust your body knows what to do with the rest. That’s the most natural way going.

Drink plenty of water. One way to make sure you drink enough water is to check your urine. If it is clear then you are drinking a good amount. If it is still yellow drink more water.

Vegetarian diet for three weeks along with a daily helping of cranberry juice to help flush out the kidneys and digestive system. At your size I doubt you’d need it.
