How to get flatter stomach & better diet?

im 168cm or 5ft 6
and i weigh 70kgs or 10st 11 pounds
i am only 15 and i really want to lose this weight
it seems to be gattering around my stomach
my arms are of normal proportions
& my legs are long are slim

can anyone reccommend some exersises
or sample Diets to help me lose this weight
im currenly a size 12 UK or a 10 usa
I really want to be a 8UK or a 6 usa

please help me im losing all self confidence

p.s. i am also diabetic

track how many calories you are eating a day or week and eat 500 cals less a day.
try doing sit-ups, leg lifts crunches and squats to work the muscles in your abs.
