What is an effective wokout, and diet plan for someone who is 22 years old. 6′1 and 260lbs.?
I have plenty of free time, and i also take adderal daily, 30mg xr twice daily. So i believe that will help my metabolism. I have access to a gym but would prefer to do the workouts at home.
I have always tried to do cardio every other day and building muscle on the opposite days.
