    thats horse buddy. good fats will not make you fat. that is a rather broad and glib statement. flax, primrose, coconut oils, almonds, to name a few, will help stablise blood sugar levels and allow for a greater nitrogen balence within the body which creates a perfect anabolic, muscle building/fat buring enviroment. that is a rather broad and glib statement.

    Thanks…and my workouts are rather extreme and i have been told so many times, but i am meeting my goals and i have thought that my intake total was kinda high…thanks for the help and guidance!

    It depends on whether you’re gaining fat or not. 3850 calories is a lot of calories so you are either exercising like maniac to create a calorie deficit or your calorie calculations are a bit high. A calorie total is irrelevant IF a person is achieving their desired goals.

    Hey Steve!! Well first off thanks for all of your information, secondly Im doing HIIT and heavy weight training…seeing great gains but i wanted to know if my cal. deficit is too extreme…im 188lbs 5′10 and my suggested intake is 3850(good or bad?) and working out hard 5 days a week with HIIT and taking in about 3000 cals b4 my work out is considered..open to suggestions or adjustments!!! Thanks a lot.
