Can someone please give me a diet/exercise regimen to get skinny legs in 3 weeks?
I have prom in 3 weeks and I really want to get super skinny legs! I am 5′4 and 108 pounds as of now. I want to get to 103.
I take 10,000 step walks about 3 or 4 times a week, but I’m not seeing results. What should I do?
@ David, but doesn’t that make your legs super muscular? I hate muscle.
I believe the normal amount of weight that can be lost is 1 pound a week. You may want to rethink your aspirations in terms of pounds, because pounds don’t mean much. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be losing fat and gaining muscle, which would keep your weight relatively the same. The good thing is, because muscle is heavier, you appear thinner when you trim off fat and gain muscle. Also, keep in mind that you can’t "spot reduce" fat. Fat comes off your body as a whole when you exercise, and where it comes off the most can’t be controlled. If I were you I would stick to just eating healthy, drinking water, walking/running a NORMAL amount (don’t overtrain, it’s unnecessary), and do some light muscle exercise with dumbells. No, you will not turn into The Hulk doing some light muscle exercise. It takes a lot of hard work to get visibly large muscles. Stay away from fads and just do the things that make sense. With some patience and persistence you will achieve your goals. Good luck, you can do it!

The formula for losing those excess pounds is easy - eat less and exercise more - the difficulties surface when we really try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the real world aren’t there?! I learned some excellent help by visiting the website in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I lost 10 pounds by using their methods.

Lettuce, you can’t ever have enough lettuce, anything your hungry make a lettuce and tomato salad. Most store bought dressings are usually full of sugar and calories. I love lime so I usually squeeze a lime, put a little bit of salt, a little bit of olive oil, a little bit of garlic powder or a grind a small-med garlic glove and mix it with some lettuce and tomatoes. This is probably less then less then 50 calories a serving, don’t be scared to get a big salad bowl and eat alot. This can be used as a snack whenever your hungry. If you’d like you can add a couple of microwaveable chicken nuggets chopped up to the mix. Stay away from sugary fruits, mangos, peaches, strawberrys, even though their fruit they have alot of natural sugars that can really add up. Stay away from caffine, it gives you celulite. Try to drink alooot of water, this will filter out your blood. Drink 8 cups (4 bottles) of water a day and it will burn 300 calories. Apples are good. NO SODA, Stay away from most juices. Special k Cerial. 1 cup of 2% or whole milk a day. Cup noodles. Meat or Poultry (chicken) have barely any calories as long as their lean. When your dieting MAKE SURE you don’t have more then 400 calories a sitting. Try to not drink anything 1 hour before or after any meals. Don’t eat after 8pm. Eat a bigger breakfast, smaller lunch, small dinner. This is because you use more energy aka calories from begining to ending of each day. At night you burn calories while sleeping so it’s good to have an empty stomach so you can burn fat. Cup noodles are good snacks too as long as they have less then 400 calories. Try to have at least 5 hour breaks between eating 400calorie meals.
