If I do this today, will I of done well on my diet and exercise?
This is what I’m planning to do today. If I should do something different, please tell me!
Breakfast: 2/3 cup oatmeal will 2 tsp. sugar and some milk.
Snack: Apple or banana.
Lunch: Fried egg, cheese, and ham sandwhich on brown bread with a bit of strawberry jelly.
Dinner: Homemade pizza with whole-grain crust.
Dessert: Apple or banna.
Exercise: Jog around my park for about 20 minutes with my parents and dog. ![]()
100 crunches
90 pike-90 crunches
10 twist-crunches
100 leg lifts (5 sets of 20)
40 "crunchy frog" (2 sets of 20. Sitting with knees pulled up to chest, extending both arms and legs, bringing back to center).
So is this a good plan for today? If not, please tell me what do better. I’m almost 13, weigh 82 pounds, and I’m 4′11. Just trying to get fit with a toned stomach, not lose weight.

i am honestly not underweight. checked my BMI, won’t be underweight unless i hit 75, which i am in no way planning to do. my doctor says i am healthy, a trainer at the gym says i am healthy, i’m just trying to get in shape and lose my baby fat, not 7 pounds!

1) Your totally underweight and could gain 15-20 pounds
2) I’m not joking I am 5′
3) Your not enough, no where near enough.
4) You seem really concerned with Dieting even though you are already underweight.
5) I would see a nutritionist so they can get you back to normal and looking healthy again.
