If someone is really strict in there diet and exercise for 5 months, whats the most wight they can lose?

An ideal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. So 4 stones would be a good estimate. If you lose weight faster, your skin won’t be able to adapt. You are better off eating a balanced Diet and exercising a lot. Do not starve yourself. You will easily be able to lose that 2 pounds a week if you burn 1000 calories a day from exercise.

1000 calories a day is 7000 calories a week. 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. So 2 pounds will be lost every week. Make sure you eat well, because you don’t want to lose your muscle, only fat.

    In average you can lose 2 kilograms per week which means 40 kilos in 5 months. Don’t push yourself too hard to lose more than 1 kilo per week, otherwise you will put back on all those weight you lost in no time, and probably even more!
