		<description>There are few things wrong with this diet.

Not enough protein.
Not enough healthy fats.
Too many carbs in relation to your protein/fat intake.
And potentially not enough calories for your bodyweight.  (I say potentially because you don't tell us what you weigh)
3 out of 7 days you say you are eating even less than the other 4 days.

So, eating as you have for the last 6-8 weeks will lead to muscle loss. Some fat loss too.  But the muscle loss will slow your metabolism. As will the miminal calories.  So, now your metabolism is a crawl because it needs certain nutrients you aren't providing it. Yeah, it's used incorrectly alot around here, but the dreaded &#34;starvation mode&#34;.  

On top of all that bad news, you are exercising too.  Which puts more demand and stress on your body.  Not too mention them 3 and 4 year old kids lol very stressfull on your body.

Yeah, that's why your loss has stopped.
