		<description>I don't count calories. I just know what is good and what is bad. Just replace the regular food you eat with better ones.

Instead of white rice, eat brown rice or pasta.
Instead of 2% milk, drink fat free or soy milk.
Eat a salad at least twice a week.
Eat slowly.
Have snacks (peanut butter and banana instead of chips)
Sea salt instead of regular salt.
Have 1 day out of the week you don't eat meat.
Replace mammal meat with bird or fish meat.
