What’s a good diet & exercise plan for teenage girls?

I’m 17, 4′11" & 115 pounds, I want to lose 5-10 pounds, and focus on my lower abs area. I usually run for about 30 minutes, ab work for 15 minutes, and a weight hula hoop for 15 minutes 5 days out of the week, but I want to find a better work out plan and a better Diet. Any suggestions?

1. Don’t eat after 7PM.
2. Drink water and only water.

These rules are STRICT. Do not eat at 7:01PM. If you’re dying, eat a little. Drink water and only water and nothing else rather than water; no vitamin water.

the time of eating does not affect your weight because after all; a calorie…is a calorie.

    MY tip for you is:
eat more vegetables and SOME lean meat.no fried/greasy stuff ok? and avoid the junk foods and sodas. drink plenty of water. i think you’re on a right track as far as i know for your workout plans.aim ONLY for a 1,200 calorie diet. eat 3 times per day (breakfast lunch dinner). and each should only be 300 calories per meal. and don’t just focus on your abs. in order to tone a muscle in your body, you must tone all other parts too. so try lifting weights even if
    they’re just a 2 pounds dumbbells.

    hope that helps.
