MY tip for you is:
eat more vegetables and SOME lean meat.no fried/greasy stuff ok? and avoid the junk foods and sodas.  drink plenty of water. i think you're on a right track as far as i know for your workout plans.aim ONLY for a 1,200 calorie diet. eat 3 times per day (breakfast lunch dinner). and each should only be 300 calories per meal. and don't just focus on your abs. in order to tone a muscle in your body, you must tone all other parts too. so try lifting weights even if
they're just a 2 pounds dumbbells.
